Kate Marrian Design understands that budgets can be tight and therefore offer for smaller projects a consultancy only fixed fee service. After an initial consultation meeting an appropriate fee will be reached depending on room size and your requirements. Travel charges will be additional on jobs out with Edinburgh.

What to expect:

One design scheme board will be provided per room which will show layout suggestions, colour schemes, lighting, new furniture and soft furnishings. All the information required for you to carry out the changes will be provided on a word document guiding you through the process.

Fee Structures

Initial consultations are free giving us the opportunity to meet and discuss your requirements within your space.
After this meeting a fee proposal will be provided. Fees are worked out dependently on the project size and how much we are involved.

• For smaller one room projects – Fixed fee.
• For large scale projects with project management the fee is worked out on a percentage basis.
• For advice only an hourly fee will be agreed and an indication of hours provided depending on the   project.
